4.2 Use obligations. The client accepts that he does not use the Software other than what is authorized in this Agreement and that he does not use the Software in a manner inconsistent with its design or documentation. 16.11 Adobe Moderator. If the software contains Adobe Presenter and the customer installs or uses the Adobe Connect supplement in conjunction with the use of the software, the client agrees that he installs and uses this add-in only on a desktop computer and not on any non-PC product, including, but not limited to a web application, set Top Box, handheld, phone or webpad. In addition, the part of the software embedded in a presentation, information or content created and generated by the software (the “Adobe Presenter Run-Time”) can only be used with the presentation, information or content in which it is embedded. The customer must not use Adobe Presenter Run-Time and not use all licensees of this presentation, information or content, except in such a presentation, information or content. In addition, the customer should not use Adobe Presenter`s duration so that all licensees of such presentations, information or content do not change, re-edit or disassemble Adobe Presenter Run-Time. 4.9. The customer may only use the software to access Adobe`s online services in the territory and in accordance with the activation policy described www.adobe.com/go/activation. Adobe may terminate the license or suspend membership or access to Adobe Online services if Adobe discovers that the customer is using the software or adobe Online Services outside the territory. 16.14 STROKE DISTRIBUTION.

Unless otherwise stated in the “Read-Me” files, documentation or other licenses associated with the content files, the client can use, view, edit, reproduce and distribute the files contained. However, the customer cannot distribute the content files independently (i.e. in cases where the content represents the primary value of the distributed product) and the customer cannot claim trademark rights over the content files or their derivative works.
