Parents and students have the opportunity to try a particular instrument without significant financial expenses. If the student chooses to continue, the rent payment (minus maintenance costs) can be used to purchase the rented instrument. What happens if the trial rental period ends? At the end of the trial rental period, you have the option a) to buy the instrument; b) return of the device (see below for return instructions); (c) continue to lease the instrument monthly at the following prices: Group A: US$26.00 per month; Group B: $38.00 per month; Group C: $45.00 per month; Group D: $55.00 per month; Group E: $65.00 per month. How much is the service fee? The service fee is a monthly fee that may allow the tenant to use our large on-premise repair shop. You will receive regular maintenance and repair of your instrument.
The fee is included in the payments described in this contract. These fees do not count towards the purchase of your instrument. The service charge is $6.00 per month for Group A, $7.00 for Group B, $8.00 for Group C and $9.00 for Group D instruments. Do my payments for the purchase of my instrument count? All successive payments (minus service charges) count towards the purchase of the instrument. Are there discounts for the purchase of the instrument? At the end of the initial rental period, you are entitled to a 40% discount on the list price of the instrument. In the first year of monthly relocation, you are entitled to 30% off, then 20%. How can I return the instrument? You can return the instrument directly to Elefante Music. Our traditional rental tools (for rent) are both new and used, available at its sole discretion and at different price points.
Most, but not all, online rental instruments (rent rentals) have already been rented. However, they all went through our workshop and were evaluated, tested, renovated and disinfected. In most cases, the instruments are brand new. All online lending instruments have a one-year guarantee and are naturally subject to the approval of you and your group leader. Economic models tend to show more wear and tear. Let us know your intention to return the instrument and return it to one of our stores. Make sure all parts (mouths, lids, etc.) are included. There will be no additional charges if the instrument returned to us is in good condition and complete. Depending on the new instrument chosen, there could be a higher or lower rental rate, and there could be some sort of price adjustment if an Ed Pak is involved in trading.
