This service level agreement describes how services are provided by the Warrant Officer`s Office for the Ministry of the Interior. SLAs often include many elements, from the definition of services to the termination of the contract.  In order to ensure rigorous compliance with ALS, these agreements are often designed with specific lines of demarcation and the parties concerned must meet regularly to create an open communication forum. Rewards and penalties that apply to the supplier are often set. Most ALS also leave room for regular (annual) revisions to make changes.  Since the late 1980s, ALS has been used by fixed-line operators. Today, ALS is so widespread that large organizations have many different ALSs within the company itself. Two different units in an organization script an ALS, one unit being the customer and another the service provider. This helps maintain the same quality of service between different units of the organization and in several sites within the organization.
This internal ALS script also compares the quality of service between an internal service and an external service provider.  As applications are moved from dedicated hardware to the cloud, they must reach the same level of service, or even more sophisticated than conventional installations. SLAs for cloud services focus on data center features and more recently include network features (see Carrier`s Cloud) to support end-to-end SLAs.  Uptime is also a common metric that is often used for data services such as shared hosting, virtual private servers and dedicated servers. General agreements include network availability percentage, operating time, number of planned maintenance windows, etc. This service level agreement (this “agreement” or “service level agreement”) that takes effect from [the date of entry into force] , (“effective date”) is used by and between [Client.Company] , a company, which is organized and exists in [Client.State] with branches under [Client.Address] and [Supplier.Company], a company that is organized and exists in [Supplier.State] with branches under [Supplier.Address] “and [supplier]. FP7 IRMOS also examined aspects of translation of ALS terms at the application level into resource-based attributes to bridge the gap between customer expectations and cloud provider resource management mechanisms.
  The European Commission has presented a summary of the results of various ALS research projects (from specifications to monitoring, management and implementation).  The fundamental advantage of cloud computing is the joint use of resources that are supported by the underlying nature of a common infrastructure environment. SLAs therefore extend to the cloud and are offered by service providers as a service-based contract and not as a customer-based agreement. Measuring, monitoring and covering cloud performance is based on the final UX or its ability to consume resources. The disadvantage of cloud computing compared to ALS is the difficulty of determining the cause of service outages due to the complex nature of the environment. The service received by the customer as a result of the service provided is at the heart of the service level agreement. If we do not reach and maintain service levels for each service, as described in the service level agreement, you may be entitled to a credit on a portion of your monthly service charge.
